«Oil» stands for our passion for excellent olive oil.

«Company» is our definition of "conviviality",

Our high-quality olive oil is produced with great passion and respect towards nature. The harvest consists exclusively of our native olive varieties growing in the province of Taranto, located in the region "Puglia".

Our commitment - "zero waste"

A recovery system allows the re-use of the consumed water after washing the olives.

Solar panels generate and provide the electricity for the mills and cooling systems.

The stones are pressed to heating-pellets, ready for use during the winter months.

The pressed olive mass is later used for cosmetics production or animal feed.
